Welcome to Botanical Weddings. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase or hire of our services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1️ Who We Are
Botanical Weddings (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a UK-based business offering sustainable plant hire and styling services for weddings and events.

2️ What We Offer
We provide:
- Wedding and event plant hire and styling services
- Sustainable plant decor and design
- Delivery, setup, styling and takedown services
- Content and inspiration via our website and social media
All services are subject to availability and suitability for your venue/event.
3️ User Responsibilities
By using our website or booking our services, you agree:
- Not to misuse the site (hacking, scraping, etc.)
- To provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking or making enquiries
- To be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian
4️ Payment Terms
For weddings and events:
- A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required to secure your booking.
- 50% of the balance is due 3 months before your event date.
- Final balance is due 30 days before your event date.
Payments must be made via the methods provided on your invoice.
In case of late payments, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your booking.
5️ Delivery and Fulfilment
- Delivery, setup, and takedown times will be agreed in advance.
- Any changes to access times or requirements must be discussed with us in advance.
- All plants remain the property of Botanical Weddings and must be treated with care during the hire period.
6️ Cancellations and Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If cancelled within 30 days of your event, 100% of the balance will be due.
- Refunds are not available for partial or unused services once booked and delivered.
Please refer to your specific hire contract for additional cancellation terms.
7️ Damage and Loss
- You (the client) are responsible for any loss or damage to our plants, pots or props during your hire period.
- Charges for repair or replacement will apply and invoiced after your event if necessary.
8️ Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any injury, damage or loss caused by plants or props during your event.
- All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9️ Intellectual Property
- All website content, images, designs and logos remain the property of Botanical Weddings.
- You may not copy, distribute or use our content without written permission.
10️ Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11️ Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to help provide our services (e.g. payment processors, delivery services).
Your data may be shared with these providers only to the extent necessary to fulfil your booking or order.
